TRAMPS CAN’T RIDE FREE they are Pretty Indignant at Railroad for Infringing on Their Alleged Rights.
There were about 150 summer tourists. tramps or harvest hands, or whatever they call themselves, got into town Saturday over the Milwaukee road with the expectation of
going north on the outgoing freight, but they found their way blocked to further progress by the presence of the two policemen, who are looking
after the interests of the company at this end of the division.

The tramps Were hot, indignant, that their alleged rights of transportation were infringed upon by the railroad officials in refusing to carry them free to
the harvest fields of North Dakota.
